David Harold Collins

David H. Collins, 73 of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Heritage Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, July 16, at the Reger Funeral Chapel by his daughter Davana Jean Marcum and his daughter-in-law Cathi Collins. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. David was born August 7, 1944 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Harold Thurman and Elsie Mae Reed Collins. He was a retired millwright. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Roberta Jean Collins, and three sisters: Sara Emma Hicks, Julia Mae Collins and Brenda Vance. Survivors include one son Mark David(Cathi )Collins,two daughters: Crystal Dee (Bobbie Dale ) Payton, Davana Jean (Patrick Randall) Marcum; seven grandchildren: Ashley Dee Spurlock, Christopher Neal Spurlock, Rachel Christine McCoy, Alexus Dae Adkins, Brittany Danielle Collins, Samuel Mark Collins, Marki Ann Collins, five great-grandchildren: Riley Paige Moore, Penelope Moore, Lyric Marki Spurlock, Marley Spurlock and Stori McCoy and two special granddogs: Zeke Collins and Psy Marcum.Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday at the Reger Funeral Home.
