Debra Gay Howell, 53, of Huntington, W.Va, mother of Chris Howell, died Thursday, July 31, 2014, at her residence. Memorial services will be conducted at 7:00 pm Monday at the New Life Church, Huntington. Reger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
