HARLAND L. ALLEN, 73, husband of Willa Dean McKeand Allen, died Thursday at home. He was a retired meterman with Texas Electric Service Co., Fort Worth and Midland, Texas. A Memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 14,2006 at the Spring Valley Church of Christ.
