Joe Ann Napier

Joe Ann Napier, 76 of Ceredo, WV passed away on September 17, 2015 at Huntington Health & Rehabilitation. She was born on October 9, 1938 in Kenova, WV. She was the daughter of Shirley Benton Riggs and Fannie Rowe. Joe Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Jenny Chapman & husband Ray and her brother Johnny Riggs. She leaves behind to mourn her loss her husband, Mosey B. Napier; her children: Barbara Banks (David), Thomas Napier (Jackie), Carmela Hughes (J.D.) and Patricia Edwards; her grandchildren: David Banks, Elizabeth Ross (Josh), Molly Williams, Kaitlyn Edwards, Thomas Napier and Danielle Fedewa. Also surviving are her great-grandchildren: Lexine Coronato, Brooklyn Ross, Joshlynn Ross, Baylee Kingery and Mason Kingery; her brothers: Douglas Riggs (Sue) and Albert Ray Ward; her special nephew, Glen Chapman; and her sister in law, Gayle Riggs. Visitation will be Monday, September 21, 2015 at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services for Joe Ann will be conducted on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home & Cremation Services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Chris Day officiating.
