John Michael Walker

John Michael Walker, 35, of Summerton, S.C., formerly of Huntington, passed away Sunday August 20, 2017 in South Carolina. He was born December 24, 1981 in Huntington, WV, a son of Tammy L. Reffitt Walker and the late Joey David Walker. He was a construction worker with the WV Department of Transportation. In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Thomas and Linda Reffitt. Additional survivors include his step father James Walker; sister and brother in law Vicki and T.J. Shotwell; nieces and nephew Joseph Walker McQuaid, Carissa Walker McQuaid, Shayla Shotwell and Kyla Shotwell and his paternal grandparents Raymond and Sarah Walker. Private services will be conducted for the family. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
