PRISCILLA PLYBON STILTNER, 59, of Lavalette, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Brother Willis Mills. Burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, W.Va. Priscilla was born Feb. 14, 1953, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Iris Norris Plybon. She was a truck driver with Prestera Trucking of South Point, Ohio, and a member of Spring Valley Freewill Baptist Church. Surviving is her husband of 30 years, Thurel Stiltner; two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Pam Mooney and Adam and Johanna Stiltner; one daughter, Tina Mooney; and seven grandchildren, Heather, Alyssa, Jessica, Addy, Gavin, Ethan and Gwendolyn. Also surviving her are three sisters and brothers-in-law, Penny and Gary Laslo, Paula and Rick Byrd, Phyllis and Dennie Eastham, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at the Reger Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.regerfh.com.
