Raymond Epling

Raymond Epling, 70 of Huntington, WV passed away October 12, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born November 1, 1947 in Logan, WV; a son of William Raymond Epling and Juanita Knapp. Raymond was a veteran of the U.S. Army having proudly served his country in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sisters, Helen Joyce Thompson, Eloise Pruitt, Sandra Frasher and Mary Weaver. Surviving are his wife, Sharon Rose Epling; his children: Kimberly Rae Epling, Timberly Dawn Newland (Rob), Margaret Michele Thompson, James Wesley Nibert and Robert "Bobby" F. Nibert; his siblings: Doris Epling, Nathan Epling, Violet Sparks and Viola Epling; and his son-in-law, Jeremiah Thompson. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Ariell Tucker, Chasmine Frambo, Austin Pendergrast (Lauren), David Pendergrast, Andrea Pendergrast, Jacob Newland, Sevannah Newland, Victoria Hatton and Annalise Nibert; his great-grandchildren: Jamar Tucker, Jaiden Tucker, Traevon Yow, LaBella Miles, Dean Pendergrast, Autumn Pendergrast, Diamond Tucker, Javin Tucker, Jayden Pendergrast, Brynlee Hatton and Willow Rae Nibert. Raymond was a nurse at the VAMC in Tennessee before moving to Huntington, WV. There will be no services for Raymond. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is assisting the family.
