Ruth Susan Nunley

Ruth Susan Nunley, 101, of Huntington, widow of Frazier Nunley, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Dallas Moore. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. She was born November 1, 1911 in Lawrence County, Kentucky a daughter of the late Lindsay and Anna Moore Murphy. She was a homemaker. In addition to her husband and parents Ruth was also preceded in death by a daughter Ernestine Cole and a son Michael Nunley; a granddaughter Debbie Cole; brother Oliver Murphy; sister Ruby Adkins; step brother Paul Nunley and step sister Freddie Lively. Survivors include two sons Don Oliver Nunley of Florida and David Lee Nunley of Virginia; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters Betty Lucas and Kathleen Derbul and several nieces and nephews.
