Thomas William Larsen

Thomas William Larsen, Sr., 72, of Huntington, died Monday March 12, 2012 at St. Mary�s Medical Center. He was born August 11, 1939, in Williamson, WV to the late John and Jeanette (Opan) Larsen. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Nina (McCoy) Larsen; a son Jeremy Larsen; along with 5 brothers and sisters. Survivors include children, Tom (Sheila) Larsen, Dennis Larsen, Michelle (Ron) Willis, Debbie Larsen, and Brian (Christy) Larsen; one sister Jean Maynard; one brother Jim Larsen. Additional survivors include grandchildren Michael Larsen, Amy Larsen, Ellie Larsen, Tim Dillon, Brianna Larsen, Zachary Larsen, Luke Larsen, and Josie Larsen; one great grandchild Giavanna Larsen along with a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Larsen was a member of the American Legion Post 16 of Huntington, whose Honor Guard will perform graveside rites. Funeral services will be conducted at 11am at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney Hale officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home.
