Alfreda Rose Lowe, 71 of Chesapeake, OH passed away at her home on August 11, 2014. She was born February 21, 1943; a daughter of Charles E. Mayo and Alva (Fairchild) Mayo. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son Ricky Newton. She leaves behind to mourn her loss her children James Newton, Tim Newton, Tina Prout, Virgil Newton and Freda �Sissy� Dillon. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home at 2 PM on Friday, August 15, 2014 with Minister Wendell Tackett officiating with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at Mayo Cemetery off Spring Valley Drive in Huntington, WV. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ceredo-kenovafuneralhome.com. CK 14-038
