Betty Adkins

Betty Adkins, 92, of Ceredo, W.Va., died Friday, November 6, 2020at Grayson Assisted Living. A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Jerry Matt at 11 am on Tuesday at Crescent Hill Cemetery, Ceredo, WV. She was born on April 1, 1928 a daughter of the late Ezra and Edith Williams Cole, Sr. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Ceredo, W.Va. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Paul Adkins; daughter, Bonnie Shannon; two brothers, Harold Lee Cole and Ezra Cole, Jr.; three sisters, Anna Jean Simpkins, Doris Priddy, and Maxine Beach. She is survived by a son-in-law, Milton Shannon; and one granddaughter Amanda (Joe) Gill. The family would like to offer a special thank you to the staff at Grayson Assisted Living.
