Billie Jo Bower

Billie Jo Bower, 83, of Huntington, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026 at her residence. A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 1 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, weather permitting. Billie was born on July 29, 1942 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Andy and Artie Louise Laney Mays. She was an LPN. Billie was also a member of Westmoreland Baptist Church. In addition to her parent she was preceded in death by three sisters. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James R. Bower; six children, Sheila, Jan, Gennie, Kristi, Tracy, and Kim; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and a sister, Mary White.
