Billie Cassell

Billie Cassell, 87, of Westmoreland, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington. She is survived by a special son and best friend, Ryan (Cindy) Cassell of Prichard; two wonderful granddaughters, Lynndsey and McKenzie Cassell; one brother and sister-in-law preceded her in death, Rodney (Patty) Lewis. Very special to her are two nephews, Mike Lewis and Mark (Shawna) Lewis; and one niece, Monica (Andy) Smith. Her special little buddy Pretty Girl; two special friends of 40 years plus, Kay Ellis and Wilda Harris; and special friends Charley (Sherrie) Houdyshell. She will be laid to rest next to her late husband, Richard Cassell in Spring Valley Memory Gardens. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 28, 2026 at 1 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington with Pastor Tom Marcum officiating. Burial will follow. Friends may call from noon until service time on Friday at Reger Funeral Home, Huntington. In lieu of flowers please make donation to C U Sunday Class at Huntington Christian Church.
