Billie Ann Chambers

Billie Ann Chambers, 90, of Huntington, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the Huntington Health and Rehab surrounded by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bo, and her precious little boy, Paul Anthony.  She is survived by her son, David Pinkerton and his wife, Michelle, her grandchildren Corie Pinkerton and Anthony Pinkerton and his wife and son, Jocelyn and Easton Pinkerton. She is also survived by several special cousins.  In her earlier years, she was a member of the Mud River Baptist Church, where she enjoyed helping with Vacation Bible School and being with friends. She was also an avid member of the Red Hatter’s club where she enjoyed being social and making friends.  Billie had several jobs throughout the years, but her favorite and most fulfilling was that of a Home Health Aide where she continually made a difference in the lives of others. She was proud to be a cousin of famous pilot, Chuck Yeager. She had a caring and giving heart, which flowed into her love of animals.  The family would like to express special thanks to the staff at Huntington Health and Rehab. They were compassionate and caring throughout her stay, but especially in her last days. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington, WV by Pastor Gordon Rutherford. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.  Friends may call from 12:00pm until 1:00pm Saturday at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, WV.
