Billy Hobert Mooney passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday August 10, 2014 with his family. Bill was born on December 18, 1929 and lived a wonderful life on his terms. He touched the lives of everyone who knew him. Bill was known by everyone as Uncle Bill; he leaves behind so many friends and family who will cherish the time and memories spent with him. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the no kill animal shelter in Uncle Bill's name. Donations can be made to Little Victories, 3589 Wire Branch Rd., Ona, WV 25545
