Carl Lee Burns

Carl Lee Burns, 68, of Hamlin, WV, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2026 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. A graveside service will be conducted at noon on Thursday, November 5, 2026 in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Carl was born on March 13, 1958 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Carlyle and Dorla Dotson Burns. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by  his sister, Kathy McKeand. He is survived by his niece, Susan Rucker; nephew, Josh McKeand; great niece and great nephew, Lyric and Harper McKeand. There will be no procession to the cemetery.
