Carlos Edwin Thompson

Carlos Thompson, 82, of Kenova, WV, went home to be with the Lord on December 31, 2025.  He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.  He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Mabel Thompson, brothers Darrell Thompson, Denver Thompson and son in law Kevin Adkins.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Thompson, daughters Carla (Jerry) Spence, Dovetta Adkins, son Timothy Thompson; five grandchildren, Ashley (Jake) Holley, Kaitlyn Spence, T.C. Thompson, Jonathan Adkins, Kimber Adkins and one sister Ellen Caldwell; several nieces and nephews and cousins.  He was a man of faith and family and will be deeply missed.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Monday January 5, 2026 at the Reger Funeral Home, Ceredo-Kenova Chapel.  Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Kenova, WV.  Friends may call from noon until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
