Casey Nicole Wilson, 46, of Proctorville, OH. wife of David Wilson passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center, Lexington, KY.
Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington, WV. Burial will foloow at Rome Proctorville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 - 1:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
