Christopher Michael Spears, Jr.

Christopher Michael Spears Jr, child of Whitney J. and Christopher M. Spears Sr., died Monday, April 2, 2007 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital. He is survived by a sister McKenzie Elizabeth Moore and two brothers Eli Michael Spears and Tristen Drake Moore who live at home in Chesapeake, OH Additional survivors include grandparents Pam & Eddy Cabell, Ray & Rhonda Spears, and Mark & Debbie Pelfrey. Christopher also leaves behind two great grandmothers Minnie Plybon and Edna Runyon. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:30pm Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor David Fairburn of the Bible Apostolic Church officiating.
