She wanted them to know she cared for them as much as they were caring for her. Cordelia was a wonderful and loving mother to not only her children but all children. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Orville McCloud; one son, Charles McCloud; three sisters, Ida Gray, Virginia McCloud, and Dolly Napier; two half-brothers, Mosey Harmon and Pete Napier; and a half-sister, Haynie. She is survived by her children, Connie (John) Belcher, Orville Jr., McCloud and Alyce, Teresa McCloud and Denise, Bertha (Dennis) Napier, Carolyn Maynard and James, and a loving neighbor whom she treated like her own child, Cindy Brumfield. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and numberous great grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Camille Slash and to her doctors, Dr. Krance, Dr. Shepherd, and Dr. Debra Harmon. Friends may call from 11 am until service time on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Reger Funeral Home, Huntington. In Cordelia's own words, "God painted a beautiful picture if we would just look at it."
