Daxxtyn Josiah Clark

Daxxtyn Josiah Clark was born on August 30, 2026, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, sleeping peacefully into eternity. Though his time on eath was brief, Daxxtyn was deeply loved and will forever hold a special place in the hearts of his family. Daxxtyn is the precious son of Destiny and Darrell "Laney" Clark. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, sister, Brynlee; and brothers, Morgan, Malachi, and Dexlyn Clark. He is also survived by his maternal great granparents, Mike and Kather Stevens; grandmother, Hope Johnson; great uncle, Michael Stevens and his children; paternal great grandmother, Jerri Clark; grandparents, Paulette Clark and Lawrence Basenback; great aunts, Chris McCallister, Angie Cooper, and Drema Workman; and great-uncle, Darrell "Debbles" Clark. 

Daxxtyn is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Brent McCommas, Eugene "Cat" Johnson and Caitlin Dunfee, Kolbie and Kaitlyn Clark and Jordan Clark as well as his cousins, Graiclyn, Kade, Kohen, and Keleigh. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Darrell Gene Clark; and his special aunt, Tayla Jo Johnson. 

Graveside funeral rites will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Dock's Creek Cemetery in Kenova, W.Va. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Daxxtyn may have entered this world sleeping, ut he leaves behind a lifetime of love in the hearts of those who were waiting to love him. He will be remembered, cherished, and loved always and forever.
