February 12, 1950 – November 26, 2025

Deborah K. Greene, beloved mother, grandmother, sister-in-law, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Steve Greene, her cherished son Matthew Greene, her loving parents Bessie Goldie Marie Smith (Whitmore) and Elijah Washington Smith, and her older brothers Larry Glenn Smith and Roger Gene Smith.

Deborah’s memory will live on through her daughter-in-law Shannon Greene, her treasured grandchildren Jackson Greene and Macie Greene, her sister-in-law Jackie Smith, her niece Connie Smith, and many special friends who were blessed by her kindness and faith. She was a proud member of Crosspoint Community Church, where she found strength and fellowship throughout her life.

Deborah retired from Kentucky Electric Power, where she dedicated many years of service with professionalism and care. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for family, her gentle spirit, and her deep faith. Her legacy of compassion and devotion will continue to inspire all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held at Crosspoint Community Church on Saturday, December 13th at 1:00 PM.
