Ella Faye Rardin

Ella Faye Tomblin Rardin, 87 formerly of Huntington, WV went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the Willow Brook at Delaware Run assisted living community in Delaware, Ohio.  She was born December 27, 1937 in East Lynn, WV a daughter of the late William Albert and Hazel Wallace Tomblin.  She was a retired clerk having worked for Bell Atlantic / Verizon Telephone Company. She was also a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joe P. Rardin in 2021; eight sisters: Mabel Frazier, Irene Varney, Betty Scarberry, Viola Farris, Gerri Thompson, Evelyn Bryant, Freda "Connie" Jackson and Norma Lee Tomblin Williamson; two brothers: Ernest Tomblin and Oscar Tomblin.  Her survivors include one daughter, Vanessa (John) Rardin Gilaspy, one son James Randall (Linda) Rardin, two brothers: Bill Tomblin (Helma) of Lavalette, WV, Gary Tomblin (Judy) of Mobile, AL, two grandsons: Jonathan Rardin, David Rardin, three granddaughters: Jennifer DeLong, Lauren Gilaspy, Rachel Gilaspy and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday, June 12, 2025 for Mrs. Rardin at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington, WV by Pastor Jerry Matt.  Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, also in Huntington.   Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until service time at 1:00 PM at Reger Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be made to the family at www.regerfh.com.
