Eric Bruce Mccomas

Eric Bruce McComas, 36, of W.Va. and N.C., died February 23, 2018 at home in W.Va. Eric was born on September 26, 1981, he was the son of Kevin McComas and Lorrie Johnson McComas. He was a graduate of Huntington High School. He was preceded in death by his grandparent, Glen and Gerri Whitney McComas, and Lloyd and Collen Johnson; uncles, Stephen McComas, Ronnie Blumer, and Michael Blumer. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, Brandon McComas; sister, Tara McComas (Chuck Crigger III); and an infant niece, Ariana Crigger; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Eric was a veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq and suffered from PTSD. His death was unexpected and heart breaking. Besides his loving family Eric will be greatly missed by his multitudes of friends both here and abroad. There will be a graveside military service at the KY Veterans Cemetery N.E., Greenup, KY at 2pm on Monday, March 5, 2018. Reger Funeral home is assisting the family.
