Everett McCloud

Everett McCloud, 87, of South Point, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 1 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, South Point, Ohio. Everett was born on July 23, 1938 in Huntington, WV to the late Albert and Maryette Canterbury McCloud. He was a carpet installer. He loved woodworking and handing out candy on Halloween. He is survived by his wife, Shelbia McCloud; daughter, Sylvia (Gene) Clayton; sons, Stanley (Tina) McCloud, Albert (Becky) McCloud, and Norman (Dusty Stack) McCloud; grandchildren, Marty Pickell, Stanley McCloud, Charlie McCloud, Stevie Marshall, Gaven McCloud, Chris Blanton, Megan Shaffer, Jacob McCloud; many great grandchildren; and a life long friend that was like a daughter, Deborah Gibson. Friends may call from noon until service time on Monday at Reger Funeral Home, Huntington.
