Frank George Sutfin

Frank George Sutfin, 83, of Ceredo died Saturday, April 15, 2006 at St. Mary�s Medical Center in Huntington. He was born January 31, 1923 in Kenova, a son to the late John Walker Sutfin and Hattie (Pyles) Sutfin. Mr. Sutfin was a Marine Corps Veteran of World War II. He united in marriage to Hatha Lorraine (Ward) Sutfin, who preceded him in death. To this union were born a daughter, Carol Evelyn Sutfin of Ceredo and a son, James Ray Sutfin and his wife Mary of Kenova. Additional survivors include a sister, Gaynelle Sutfin of Kenova; a brother, Jess Sutfin and his wife Lois of CA; a grandchild, Jamie Hutchinson of OH; a great-grandchild, Jessica Hutchinson of OH; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Mr. Sutfin was preceded in death by a brother Edmund Sutfin. Funeral services for Mr. Sutfin will be conducted at 2:00pm Wednesday at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Crabtree officiating. Burial will follow in the Cloice-Hatten Cemetery. Military Rites will be performed by the American Legion Post 93 of Kenova. Visitation will be from noon-2:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
