Georgia Marie Cole

Georgia M. Cole, 88, of Lavalette, passed away Tuesday, December, 27, 2016 at Heartland of Riverview. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Heron Adkins at 1 pm on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Dock’s Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV. Georgia was born on August 5, 1928 in Cabell County, she was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband; Lindsey Cole, Jr., her parents; John and Capitola Powell, a daughter; Linda Vance, a son; Larry Cole, and a grandchild; Little Ray Smith. She is survived by her children; Patty Smith, Roger (Edna) Cole, Kathy (Ron) Harper, Tammy Lewis, 10 grandchildren: Holly, Christy, Tara, Amanda, Andrea, Amber, Lindsay, Rhonda, Lori and Justin,,15 great grandchildren, and a special friend Doris Kemble. The family would like to specially thank all the staff of Heartland of Riverview for the loving care they provided Georgia. Georgia was a loving mother who will be greatly missed.
