Hattie Louise "Polly" Pruitt

Hattie Louise “Polly” Pruitt, of Huntington, West Virginia, passed peacefully at her home on February 20, 2026. She was born October 24, 1932 to the late Laura May Phillips. Polly was a business owner and was well known in the community for her establishment, Polly’s Place. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Pruitt, a daughter in-law, Lydia Davis Pruitt, and a grandson, Jared Clay. She is survived by her children, Jack Pruitt, Sandra Clay, and Paul Pruitt, Jr. (Ann), her grandchildren, Jack Pruitt, Jr. (Sabrina), Paula Clay, and Tracey Leigh Saunders (George), her great grandchildren, Lane Pruitt, Skylar Larcart (Meagan), Kadence Robertson, Clay Robertson, Charlie Warner, Zachary Warner, and Meredith Saunders, her great-great grandchildren, Kaynan Larcart, Knox Larcart, Karliah Warner, Alexis Warner, Ayden Warner, Owen Saunders, and Nora Browning. To honor her wishes there will be no services.
