Isaac Jackson Mead, Jr.

Isaac Jackson "Jack" Mead Jr, 67, of Huntington, WV passed away peacefully, at the Imogene Dolin Jones Hospice House on Monday May 19th. Born on October 13, 1957, in Huntington, WV, Jack was a dedicated brother, husband, father, grandfather, co-worker and friend. Jack graduated from Ceredo Kenova High School in 1976. He then graduated from Ashland Votech school in 1981 with a degree in Electronics and continued his education at Morehead University for radio communications and electronics. Jack dedicated himself to 20 years of service with WSAZ news channel 3 as a Broadcast Engineer. Jack loved working with electronics, tools, construction, and building custom furniture among many other hobbies. Jack was preceded in death by his mom and dad Janet and Corby Cline, his father Isaac Jackson Mead, and his sister Cora Lee Cox. He is survived by his cherished wife Judy, son Corby and wife Laura, grandchildren Erin, Leo and Ronin. He's also survived by his mother Janice Mead; two brothers; Dale Mead and wife Cora, and Richard McCloud and wife Ruth; sister Kathy Hutchinson and husband Steve; brother Chet Conley and many more sisters, brothers. Visiting hour will be from 5-6 pm Saturday, May 24 at Reger Funeral Home with the Memorial Service following at 6:00 pm.
