Janet Faye Ellis

Janet Faye Ellis, age 84, of Kenova, West Virginia, peacefully entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 20, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Janet was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Roy Ellis, and brothers David and Bill Artrip. She leaves behind her loving children: Raymond, and wife Doris; Randy, and wife Lisa; Ronnie Burke; and her daughter Donna, and husband Mike Effingham. She is also survived by her brother Bobby Artrip and sisters Becky Florczak and Debbie Artrip. Janet was a proud grandmother to Ray, Michael, Trina, Josh, Chris, Alex, Missy, Kevin, and Stephanie, as well as a cherished great-grandmother to Alana, Kyra, Connor, Zeb, Bryce, Ivy, Mason, Ollie, Chris, Greyon, and Jace.

Janet lived a life marked by faith, kindness, unwavering love, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 29, 2026 at the Reger Funeral Home, Ceredo Chapel from 11:30 am -12:30 pm.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday June 29, 2026 at 12:30 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Ceredo by Pastor Phillip Stapelton. Burial will follow at Spring Valley Memory Gardens
