Jason Brian Clark, 35 of Kenova, WV passed away on September 24, 2018. He was born July 22, 1983 in Portsmouth, OH; a son of William Edward Clark, Sr. and Claudia Marlene Ratliff. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Vernon Marcum, Sr. Jason leaves behind to mourn his loss, his parents, William E. Clark, Sr. (Loretta) of New Boston, OH and Claudia Marcum of Kenova, WV; his children: Leila Briggs of Waverly, OH, Brice Clark of Kenova, WV and Jaysie Clark of Kenova, WV; his siblings: William E. "Willie" Clark, Jr. (April) of Minford, OH, Amanda McGinnis (Jess) of Columbus, OH, William E. "Will" Clark, III (Samantha) of Portsmouth, OH and Jacob Wesley Clark of Portsmouth, OH.; his grand-mother, Anna E. "Skeeter" Qualls. Jason enjoyed lawn care and landscaping.
