John Albert Newton

John Albert Newton, 79, of Catlettsburg, KY died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at the Hospice House of Huntington. He was born May 28, 1928 in Baltimore, MD to the late George Edward and Grace Helen (Boine) Newton. Mr. Newton proudly served his country in the Army Medical Corps during Korea. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Catlettsburg, KY. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Lou Arbogast. Mr. Newton is survived by a daughter Barbara Caperton and her husband Chester of Kenova and a sister Grace Clifton of Pennsylvania. Funeral Services will be at 11:00am Friday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Mead officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Glen Haven Memorial Park in Baltimore, MD with Military Rites.
