Jon Steven Gibson

Jon Steven Gibson, 61, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away on Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Jon was a retired salesman with Herr Foods and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Jon was born on Dec. 20, 1950, in Huntington, W.Va., the son of the late Virgil and Louise Roberts Gibson. He is survived by his daughter, Hannah Gibson; a grandson, Julian Tucker; a stepson, Michael Adkins, all of Huntington; two sisters, Jeri Gibson Fantuzzo of Ashland, Ky., and Jill Gibson Heath of Huntington. A celebration of Jon's life will be held on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Reger Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
