Judith Ann Day

Judith Ann Nicholas Day, a cherished mother, grandmother and friend, peacefully departed this life surrounded by the family that loved and cared for her to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at home. She was 84 years old.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carl Trenton & Julia Alice Nicholas, brother Richard, Husband of 47 years, Charles Walt Day, and son Stephen Christopher Day.

Her memory will be cherished by her daughter-in-law of 42 years Jackie Sue Day of Huntington, grandsons and their spouses, Stephen & Sara Day of Kenova, and Shawn and Brittani Day of Hurricane. Great grandchildren Branson & Madelyn Day of Kenova, Dalton Day, Emory & Aubri Howard of Hurricane and Ceana Riley of Proctorville.

Judy retired from JC Penny in the early 90’s where she was the manager of the cash office. She was a member of the Ceredo Christian Baptist Church for many years.

Graveside funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 PM Saturday, July 26th, 2025 at Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington.  There will be no visitation.  Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences may be made at www.regerfh.com.
