Judy Ann Terry, 59, of Huntington, WV passed away November 16, 2016 at her home. She was born December 26, 1956 to Frank Meinking and the late Bonnie Arthur. She leaves behind to mourn her loss; her two children, Nicole Martin and Michael Martin; a grandson, Jacob Martin.
