Judy Karon Plymale,69, of Huntington, WV passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at her residence. She was born on November 2, 1951 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late Matlan and Geneva James Waugh. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter and son in law: Savannah and Warren McComas, her very special granddaughter: Rosalind McComas, brother and sister: Gary Waugh and Alice Bupp. Several nieces and nephews.
