Judy Carol Russell

Judy Carol Russell, 73, of Huntington, WV, widow of Larry E. Russell, passed away Tuesday April 21, 2026 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Monday at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel.  Burial will follow in Baylous Cemetery, Barboursville, WV.  She was born September 1, 1952 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Walden and Erma Deal Adkins.  She retired from the food service industry.  In addition to her husband and parents she was also preceded in death by a son Larry Adkins and brothers Danny and Michael Adkins.  Survivors inlcude sons Gary Adkins and Jason Russell; daughter Mistie Russell; special granddaughter Heather Russell; brother David Adkins and several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from noon until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
