Kathleen Caldwell

Kathleen Farley Caldwell, 91, of Concord, N.C., previously of Lavalette, W.Va., passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026 at her daughter’s home in Concord, NC. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 1pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will immediately follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. To know Kathleen was to love her. She lived a long-fulfilled life marked with love and kindness. She was a hard worker and retired quality inspector with Owens Illinois, where she worked for 41 years. Kathleen was born on January 17, 1935 in Harts, West Virginia the daughter of Erastus Farley and Lilly Mae Evans Farley. In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her loving husband, David Lee Caldwell; five brothers, Winford Farley, Waitman Farley, Otto Farley, Charles Farley and Elmer Lee Farley; and five sisters, Lola Agnes Farley Wiley, Lucille Ava Farley Adkins, Estelle Irene Farley, Mavis Imogene Farley Mullins, and Mary Alice Farley Toppings. She is survived by two sons, John Caldwell and daughter-in-law Kaori Caldwell of Concord, North Carolina and Mike Mahone of Peachland, North Carolina; and a daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Chad Barnett of Concord, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Carrie Tudor and Sean and Tyler Caldwell; two great grandchildren, Reed and Austin Tudor and many loving nieces and nephews.
