Kimberly Gail (Spurlock) Crisp, 50 of Catlettsburg, KY passed away in Rowland, NC on December 13, 2012. She was born August 09, 1962 to the late Billie Joe Spurlock and Gloria (Robinette) Swanson Spurlock. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Cox. She is survived by her fianc� Andrew Locklear, her daughter Bobbie Jo Kirk and her son Ryan Crisp. Also surviving are her sisters; Jeanie Swann, Linda Dennison, Jan Evans and Judy Stanley; her brothers Billy, George, Ronald, and Danny Spurlock and a special friend Mark Black. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Roger Watkins and J.C. Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in the Spurlock Cemetery on Spurlock Hill in Catlettsburg, KY. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
