Larry Alan Dixon

Larry Alan Dixon Sr, 60, of Westmoreland, died Friday, June 15, 2012 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Mr. Dixon was born September 29, 1951 to the late Lila (Mease) and Ray Dixon. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife Rose M. Dixon, children Alisha (Maurice) Campbell and Larry (Hannah) Dixon, Jr., grandchildren Tanner, Elijah, Campbell, and Gabriel Dixon, brother Michael (Jane) Dixon and sister Gwen (Brad) Meade, and sister-in-law Rosie (Carl) Pults. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughter-in-law Christina Dixon, brothers Kevin Dixon and Mark Dixon, and sister Robin Casteel. Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Tuesday at the Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Byard officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date. Visitation will be from 10am until time of service at the funeral home. Military Rites will be given by the Kenova American Legion Post 93 Honor Guard.
