Larry Wendell Black, 83, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 at his residence. He was a veteran of the US Army and he was also a welder. Graveside military funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar, WV. Burial will follow. Reger Funeral Home, Huntington, is assisting the family with arrangements.
