Larry Watts

Larry Charles Watts, 74, of Kenova, WV, passed away Monday June 22, 2026 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel.  Burial will follow in Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne, WV.  He was born June 21, 1952, in Kenova, WV, a son of the late Paul B. and Lynn Riffle Watts.  Larry was a 1971 graduate of CK High School and attended Marshall University where he was a member of PKA (Pikes) Fraternity.  He also worked for Armco Steel.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Verena Watts.  Survivors include a son, Larry Joe Watts; daughters Jennifer Lowery and Amy Watts; grandchildren Haley Jo Gibson (Matthew), Paige Lowery and Jaxon Watts; great grandchild Weston Gibson; twin brother Garry Watts (Denise); sister Lynda Ackert (Gary); nephews Garry II, Brian, Eric and Tyler and a host of family and friends.  Larry was very dedicated to his children and grandchildren, was soft spoken and never met a stranger.  Friends may call from noon until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
