Lars "Marty" Maeland, 67, of Huntington, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. He was born May 8, 1957, in Huntington, a son of Analee Smith Maeland and the late Kriston Maeland. Marty was a veteran of the US Navy. In addition to his mother he is also survived by his sister, Kristina "Kristy" Maeland. A celebration of Marty's life will be conducted at 1:30 pm Thursday January 16, 2025 by Pastor Kevin Mackey, at the Reger Funeral Home Ceredo-Kenova Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. www.regerfh.com.
