Lucy Elliott

Lucy Elliott, 77 of Ironton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at home. She was born on April 7, 1940 in Logan County, WV; the daughter of Harrison Messer and Easter (Hensley) Messer. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willard Thurman Elliott and her siblings: Isom Messer (Ethel), Buddy Messer (Barbara), Roy Messer (Emmalou), Andy Messer (Pearl), Gladys Richards (Everett) and Diane Messer. She is survived by her children: Sherry Lynn Kratzenberg (Scott), Debra Kay Elliott, (Rick Sparling), Willard Keith Elliott (Missy Bennett), Misty Dawn Elliott and Cristy Rene Elliott (Bryan Prince). Also surviving are her grandchildren: Willard Trace Elliott, Chloe Lane Elliott, Emily Sophia Elliott and Jonas Ray Bryan; and her brother, David Messer (Evelyn).
