Mary Katherine Smith, 55 of Kenova passed away November 13, 2013 at her residence. She was born February 6, 1958 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of Martin Smith and Pearl Edith Crank. She had been a Certified Nursing Assistant. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, but is survived by her two children; Amanda Grace Shain, and Andrew Nathan Shain (Ashley), two sisters; Becky Hammond, and Donna Fetty and one brother, Richard Smith; and her ex-husband James Shain. There will be no services at the request of the family. CK13-053
