Mary Frances Owen, 85, of Huntington, WV passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at St. Mary's Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday July 25, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington, WV. Pastor Gary Graves will conducted services with burial to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
She was born on August 1, 1940 in Huntington,WV the daughter of the late William Gray and Edith Legg Robinson. In addition to her parent she was preceded by her husband Franklin Owen.
She was a former employee of GAMC in the Fleet Policy Division and a census surveyor for the US Census Bureau. A member of Spring Valley Freedom Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons and daughter in law: Jimmie Dale Owen and Franklin Scott Owen (Linda), special grandson: Samuel Scott Owen and loving grand daughters: McKenna and Mara Owen. One brother and sister in law: Larry Miller (Barbara) and sister: Sandy Lincoln.
