Patricia Ann Thacker

Patricia Ann Sweeney Thacker, 78, of Pompano Beach, FL. Formerly of Huntington, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at the Holy Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Rev. Jody Fortner. Burial will follow at Spring Valley Memory Gardens. Patricia was a homemaker and a veteran of the US Air Force serving during the Korean War. She was born on April 26, 1933 in Ashland, Ohio the daughter of the late Sheffield W. Sweeney and Gertrude LaPlante Calhoun. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Royal Gene Thacker, two sons: Bradley Gene Thacker and Jeffrey Alan Thacker . She is survived by her daughter: Rebecca G. Thacker, a granddaughter: Lindsey Thacker and two grandchildren: Kalyn and Brandon Wood.
