Patricia Cowgill Blair, 89, of Louisa, KY. formerly of Huntington, WV passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at her residence. She was born on April 28, 1930 in Pennsboro, WV the daughter of the late Paul and Louise Cowgill. She was a retired teacher with the Wayne County School Board. She is survived by her son: Dr. Paul Blair and daughter Rosie White. Per her request there are no services scheduled Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family
