Patricia Ann “Gigi” Meredith, age 90, of Huntington went to be with the Lord on March 27, 2026 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born July 11, 1935. She was a graduate of Huntington High School. She was the manager and later owner of the American Dry Cleaners for over 50 years where she served as the master seamstress. After her retirement she took pride in spending her free time supporting her granddaughters’ in all their sporting events, never missing a game. She was known as Gigi not only to her two granddaughters but to so many others that considered her a surrogate grandparent. In 2016 Gigi was promoted to great Gigi when her first set of twin great grandchildren were born followed by a second set in 2021. Gigi loved her family beyond measure and cared for them daily through providing childcare, cooking, and doing loads of laundry and always insisted on ironing every article of clothing. Gigi was famous for after church Sunday Dinners and her large holiday family gatherings. She was long time member of the former Twentieth Street Baptist Church and a charter member of New Baptist Church. She worked in children’s ministry for over 40 years and was a member of the BYKOTA Sunday School for over 60 years. Patricia was preceded death by her mother and stepfather Josephine and Kenneth Winters and her husband of 65 years Richard “Dickie” Meredith. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Pamela and Bret Woodall of Huntington, WV., two granddaughters and grandson-in-laws Dr. Brittany Woodall Kinch and Dr. Andrew Kinch of Prospect, KY., Bethany Adkins and Eddie Adkins of Ona, WV., 4 great grandchildren Drew and Harper Kinch and Hunter and Annabeth Adkins. The family would like to thank Dr. Elizabeth Saunders for care over the last 10 years, Sam and Amanda from Centerwell Homehealth, and Hospice of Huntington. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to New Baptist Church or Hospice of Huntington. Services will be held April 16th, 2026 at 1:00 pm. There will be a 2 hour visitation prior to the funeral. Rev. Trent Eastman will be officiating. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Condolences maybe made at www.regerfh.com.
