Paula Denise Phillips, 47, of Huntington, wife of Lewis Phillips, passed away Wednesday April 23, 2014 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born November 27, 1966 in Detroit, Michigan, a daughter of the late Edgar George and Pauline Dingess Weedman. She was a former truck driver. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two brothers Edgar George Weedman and Ernest Joe Weedman; father in law Lewis A. Phillips, Sr.; mother in law Mary Crook and brother in law Chris Phillips. Additional survivors include five daughters Crystal Weedman, Kari Weedman, A-Lynn Phillips, Christy Phillips and Elizabeth Ann Smith; five grandchildren Nevaeh, D’Asia, Anna, Connor and Blake; brother Mike Weedman; sister and brother in law Elsie and Robert Justice; sister in law Elizabeth and several nieces and nephews.
